I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years.

At first it was a method to simply keep fit but over time I discovered the deeper protective benefits this wonderful practice can bring to body and mind.

As a Londoner with a full time job, I understand first-hand how important it is to develop the tools to be able to switch off, stretch, find space and quieten the mind.

I am a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, accredited by the Yoga Alliance.

I remain forever a student and continue to study, read, practice and learn.
